robwatenhause reserves the right to decline any wager, close accounts, or adjust settlement in cases of obvious technical errors or integrity concerns, in accordance with NSW racing and sports betting rules.

Tarpin Finance Pty Limited may assign or transfer its rights and obligations under this agreement. Customers cannot assign their accounts or legal rights to third parties.
