Logging in
Existing customers use Log In from the main navigation to access their account securely using registered login credentials.
Account verification
Identity and age verification may be required before full account functionality becomes available, ensuring compliance with Australian wagering regulations.
Managing your account
Once signed in, customers can manage account details, review wagering activity and access available account controls as well as responsible gambling configurations.
How do I update my details?
Sign in and open your account settings to change your contact details, password or communication preferences. Changes to your name or date of birth need a support request with identification, because they are tied to your verification.
What if I forget my password?
Use Forgot password in the Log In dialog. We email a single-use reset link to the address on your account; it expires after one hour, and any older link stops working as soon as a new one is requested.
Can I have more than one account?
No. Each customer may hold one robwatenhause account. Duplicate accounts are closed once identified, and any wagers placed on them may be voided under our Terms and Conditions.
How do I close my account?
Contact our support team from the Contact us page with the subject "Close my account". If you are closing it to take a break from wagering, consider a self-exclusion instead, so the closure cannot be reversed early.
Which payment methods can I use?
Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, POLi and BPAY are accepted for deposits. The method must be registered in your own name; third-party payments are refused and returned.
How long do withdrawals take?
Withdrawals are reviewed within one business day and paid back to the method you deposited with. Card and PayPal payments usually arrive within 1 to 3 business days; bank transfers can take up to 5.
Why is a deposit being declined?
A deposit limit caps what you can add over a day, week or month. Once the limit is reached, further deposits are declined until the period resets. Lowering a limit applies immediately; raising one takes effect after a 7-day cooling-off period.
Are there any fees?
robwatenhause does not charge fees on deposits or withdrawals. Your bank or card issuer may apply their own charges, particularly for international cards, so check with them before you deposit.
How do I place a sports bet?
Choose a market on the Sports page and select a price: it appears in your bet slip. Enter a stake, review the potential return and press Place Bet. You need to be logged in to confirm the bet.
What markets are available?
Pre-match head-to-head markets across AFL, NRL, A-League, cricket, tennis and basketball. Each market is listed with its start time and closes when the event begins.
Can I combine selections into a multi?
Yes. Add selections from different events to your slip and switch the slip to Multi. Selections from the same event can only be placed as singles.
What happens if an event is abandoned?
If an event is postponed or abandoned and is not completed within 48 hours of its scheduled start, bets on it are void and stakes are returned, unless the market was already decided.
What is the difference between Win and Place?
A Win bet pays if your runner finishes first. A Place bet pays if it finishes first, second or third in fields of eight or more; in smaller fields only first and second pay.
What is a Same Race Multi?
A Same Race Multi combines two or more runners from one race, each with its own finishing position: Win, Top 2, Top 3 or Top 4. Every leg must succeed for the bet to win.
What happens if my runner is scratched?
A scratched runner voids that selection and the stake is returned. In a multi, the leg is removed and the remaining legs stand at their original prices.
When do racing markets close?
Markets close at the advertised jump time of each race. Selections still in your slip at that point are removed and cannot be placed.
What is Showdown?
Showdown is a separate way to wager with robwatenhause. It runs on its own registration with a dedicated balance and independent responsible gambling controls, so it stays distinct from your standard account.
How do I join Showdown?
Use Join Showdown on the Showdown page. It opens a separate registration that creates an isolated profile with its own account identifier; your standard account is not changed.
Can I move funds between the two accounts?
No. The two balances are kept apart by design. Deposits and withdrawals are made separately on each profile, using a payment method in your own name.
Do my limits apply to Showdown?
Showdown has its own deposit, loss and time limits, set during registration or afterwards from its account controls. A self-exclusion or BetStop registration applies to both profiles.
How do I set a deposit limit?
Open the Deposit limits page or your account settings to set a daily, weekly or monthly limit. Reductions apply straight away; increases take effect after a 7-day cooling-off period.
How do I take a break?
Choose Taking a break in your account to pause access for 1 to 30 days. The account reopens automatically when the period ends and cannot be reopened early.
How do I self-exclude?
For a longer or permanent break, request a self-exclusion from your account or through support. To exclude yourself from every licensed Australian wagering operator at once, register with BetStop, the National Self-Exclusion Register.

The site is not loading properly.
Refresh the page, clear your browser cache and make sure you are using a current version of Chrome, Safari, Firefox or Edge. If the problem continues, note the time and the page and contact support.
I cannot log in.
Check that Caps Lock is off and use Forgot password to set a new one. If your account is under a break or a self-exclusion, the login is refused until the period ends.
My selection did not appear in the slip.
A selection is refused when the market has closed or the price has changed since the board loaded. Reload the page to update the prices and add the selection again.
